Can I send more than 1 mobile phone?
Yes. You can send in as many phones as you like, simply place them in the FoneRaiser satchel.
How do we send the mobile phones, once we have ended the fundraising drive?
1. Place all Mobile Phones into the collection box or a smaller shipping box.
2. Label the box

3. Log onto your account: foneraiser.com.au & book a Pick-up
How do I log into my account?
Please click on the ‘LOG-IN’ option on the top tool bar of our website. You will be prompted to enter your Username and Password. Your username will be your email address. If you forget your password, simply click the Forgot password, and we will email it out to you.
What is the cost of freight?
There no freight cost to you. We will arrange a pick-up of the collection bins, after your collection drive has finished.
Why recycle my Mobile phone?
By recycling your unused or old mobile phone, you’re helping to safeguard the environment. All of the handsets that we collect through our fundraising programs are kept out of the landfill. Your mobile phone will be refurbished and distributed to developing counties, where they will play a major part in people lives and increase their living standards, and any mobile phones that are beyond economic repair, are broken down and the parts will be recycled for the making of new products.
Do you accept any other electronic products?
No, sorry we are only accepting GSM mobile phones, (phones with SIM card holder)
Do you accept cordless phones?
No. Sorry we do not. A cordless phone only makes and receives calls within a 100 meter range from its base unit, and this is not a mobile phone. And has no Buyback value. Please do not place in satchel.
Do you accept satellite phones?
Yes we do. Please place in satchel
What if my mobile phone is not working or damaged?
We accept all complete mobiles, even if the phone does not power up, or has damaged screen.
Do I need to send my SIM card or memory Card?
No, we only require the handset and battery.
Please make sure your SIM card or memory card is removed.
We will quickly destroy any SIM cards that are received, to protect your privacy, and any airtime costs you may still have on the SIM card. But we accept no liability in the event that any phone that has been sent with its SIM card and charges are then incurred.
What do I need to include when sending my mobile phone?
Only your phone and Battery is needed, but we’ll gladly accept your accessories for proper recycling.
What if the phone is stolen?
We will only honor the buyback price if you are rightful owner of the mobile phone and that you understand that if any product(s) that is sent to us, and turns out to have been a lost or stolen, that you will not receive any compensation for the product. And be sent to our local police station.
What if the phone is copy, counterfeit or fake?
Copy, counterfeit or fake devices sent will be recycled, and unfortunately no payment can be made.
What if I forget my sim card in the phone?
No problem , let us know within 48hrs and we will send it back to you.
Can you send my phone back to me, if it was sent by accident?
Yes as long it is done before we process your mobile phone. Simply email us.
We will need to make sure you are the owner, and We only send to same address, from which the phone was sent from.
I have received an email confirmation that payment has been sent to me, but I have not received any money.
If you have not received your payment within 7 days. Please contact our support team and we’ll re-issue new payment.
What payment methods do you offer?
We will send out a cheque within 7 day of processing to mobile phones, sent in.
Can I send my phones from outside Australia?
No sorry you cannot, but send us an email and we will let you know who to use, or set up a cashaphone-FoneRaiser program in your country.
